Albert Lee, by common consent one of the world's finest guitar-players, needs no introduction to Country Music & Rock fans and South Beach Sessions are honoured to present the return of the maestro and his band to The South Beach Sessions stage in Troon in May.
The guys sold out South Beach Sessions on the last visit and there is no doubt that demand will be even greater this time around. Albert fronts his own band Hogan's Heroes which this time around features the superb musical talents of Gerry Hogan, Peter Baron and Dona Oxford.

A huge welcome back to Ayr for a Gaiety favourite Joe Longthorne. Joe began his career over three decades ago with appearances on Junior Showtime, followed by a grounding on the tough Northern club circuit. His big break came in 1981 when he was a finalist on London Weekend Television's Search for a Star – this lead to appearances at the London Palladium with Bob Hope and The Talk of the Town.

During his career, Joe has received gold and platinum discs for his albums, and enjoyed sell-out concerts at the Royal Albert Hall.

The League of Astonishing Strings is pleased to announce that it has selected three outstanding and unique youth string groups from the USA and Canada to participate in the League of Astonishing Strings Europe Tour 2015. The tour will take place July 15 – 31, 2015, and will include stops in Spain, France, England and Scotland.

Under the direction of internationally acclaimed musician/composer Dean Marshall, the three groups will present a wide and diverse range of repertoire and performance styles. Each concert will culminate in a spectacular grand finale featuring all musicians performing pieces specially arranged by Dean Marshall. They are especially delighted to be joined by their great friends The Ayrshire Fiddle Orchestra in Ayr Town Hall for a night not to be missed!
