You can have breakfast on our 40 foot balcony overlooking the Ayrshire Valley, the tranquil outlook makes you feel like you are a million miles away from the stresses and strains of modern hectic life, whilst still being close to all the facilities Ayr Has to offer. Our choice of breakfast is varied from a full cooked breakfast to Fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt, traditional Scottish porridge, or perhaps scrambled egg with Scottish smoked salmon. |

BRIG O' DOON SUITE
A real touch of oppulence awaits you in the newly launched Brig o' Doon Suite. Sink into the sumptuous carpeting, amid the warm tones of the cherry wood furniture. The subtle dimmable mood lighting allows one to set the ambiance to destress and relax. The suite comes complete with an ensuite shower room with a fabulous power shower.
On the upper level of the house, the room comes complete with bathrobes, flatscreen tv, tea and coffee making facilities and there is always a drop of single malt whisky for you to sample before retiring for the night. Whatever the reason for your stay, we are sure the Brig o' Doon suite is sure to please!! Price per room per night is £85, £42.50 per person per night, including breakfast. |

ROBERT BURNS SUITE
The Robert Burns Suite is the last word in luxury. The rich warmth of the wood of the fitted furniture affords a warm, welcoming ambience with the patio doors providing access to your own personal terrace, whether it be morning coffee or an evening glass of wine under the starlit sky.
Off your own private hallway lies your personal cosy lounge with flat screen tv, leather sofa and decanter of whisky. Opposite lies your own designer bathroom with mood lighting to help you relax while luxuriating in the full size deep bath, or if time is of the essence, a quick splash in the separate fully tiled power shower. |

THE JEAN ARMOUR ROOM
The Jean Armour Room decorated in creams and golds is a haven of tranquillity. The fully tiled ensuite again has mood lighting and walk in power shower. Once again patio doors lead to your own personal terrace.

THE LEMON ROOM
The Lemon Room is a beautiful bright room, with king size double bed, situated on the upper level of the house with views on to the landscape garden. Please note however this room does not have en-suite facilities but it has a "sole use" private bathroom with power shower a short walk along the hallway.
