Welcome to Ardeer Bed & Breakfast a 4 star luxury farm steading situated in the delightful rural surroundings of North Ayrshire. The accommodation is surrounding by open fields on the edge of a 100 acre working farm.

There are 3 modern spacious double bedrooms one is situated on the ground floor with wide doors for ease of access if needed and one triple room. All rooms are ensuite with power showers, tea & coffee making facilities, colour LCD integrated digital TV giving access to over 70 TV channels & radio stations. Guests can enjoy a full Scottish, Vegetarian or Continental breakfast in our attractive breakfast room looking out over some of the 100 acres that the property sits in.

There is now free unlimited Wi-Fi access in every room in the B & B wing, and also both self catering cottages, there will also be free international calls available to all guests in the B & B as the season progresses.

A full laundry service is available if required.
